FRENCH SABLE BISCUITS

Ingredients:

200gm unsalted butter (room temperature)
290gm flour
120gm castor sugar
5ml Vanilla 

Instructions:

Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl, whisk is until soft and fluffy

Add the flour and vanilla and mix it well, refrigerate for 1 hour 

Roll it out in a thick/thin sheet and cut out shapes of your choice 

Bake at 175 degrees for 10 mins 

Enjoy with a cup of tea/coffee
